Weight Lost : 1.1kg

I was proud, it was a bit of a surprise because one night i went all out and ate everything bad you could possibly think of, Fries and chocolate were at the top of the list haha :)

I guess this shows its true you can still lose weight even indulging once in a awhile :) 

Focus for the week? Drink at least 2 Liters of water a day!
